My name is Anna-Lena and I live with my family in Nyhammar, a small village in Dalarna, Sweden. I have had chows since 1990 and my kennel prefix was registered with the Swedish Kennel Club in 2005. My first home-bred litter was born in March of 2008.

My goal as a breeder is to breed chow chow that is true to the standard and with good health and temperament. I have imported some chows from new bloodlines that I hope will add well to the lines we already have in Sweden. All our dogs used for breeding are HD/ED scored and we follow the health rules that are set up for our breed.
I co-operate with Dian Shan chows in Denmark and Nellwood’s in Sweden and together we hope to find new lines that will fullfill our goals for the breed in our breeding.

I really enjoy attending dogshows and I show my own chows as often as I can, but I also enjoy watching chows owned by others. My whole life revolveds around our chows and we treat them as our best friends. Our dogs live indoors with us and they have a fenced garden where they can run free. We also take them for daily walks. Sometimes we also attend dog get-togethers, ringclasses and other courses.

We breed by the rules set up by the Swedish Kennel Club.
